Come out and get an amazing workout before you stuff yourself silly and help raise money for the Shade Tree Shelter!! Last year we raised about $1,300 in cash and about 15 bags of food!! Let's crush those numbers this year!! So yes this is a free workout for anybody, but we are collecting a donation to participate, thank you!!

Please arrive by 7:15 to sign a waiver and drop off donations.

ALL fitness abilities are welcome, we will adjust the workout as needed, so don't be scared to join us :)

Fall Fitness Challenge

Sept 22th to Dec 20th

The Fall fitness Challenge will be a very challenging event to complete, but IF you stay focused, committed, and eat properly you will see great changes that will make you proud!! Just click on the link below to get signed up and get more details!!


To finish this challenge you need to complete:

144 miles of running/walking

144 50meter sprints

2,700 squats

2,000 sit ups

500 Burpees

1,350 push ups

1,350 chest presses.

Spartan Race training at Lake Las Vegas. 3-16/17


We will meet at 7:30AM at the gym parking lot and carpool out to Lake Las Vegas and run the hills and terrain of where our race will be for an hour, medium pace just to see what we're up against.

After we're done then we can head over to the village at the Lake and get some food and have some fun. I will do this Saturday and Sunday to accommodate for everybody, hope you all can make it out there with us one or both days!!

Spartan Army Challenge!!! 5-4-13

8AM Lone Mountain


The "Spartan Army Challenge" is not a 5k, it is not a workout, it is a combination of both. Some people like running and excel at running, some people like working out and no running.

Well to excel in the "Spartan Army Challenge" you need to be able to have cardio endurance and muscular strength. This "SAC" is going to test your cardio endurance and muscular strength, so who's up for the Challenge!!??

Be prepared to run around Lone Mountain, up to the peak of Lone Mountain, be ready to carry some weighted buckets, lift some rocks, do a couple burpees, and some other surprises!!

Expect the unexpected, get comfortable being uncomfortable, get your mind right, and kick ass!!
Cost is $50 which will include entry into the Challenge, high quality T-shirt, and finishers medal.

All participants will be entered in a raffle held at the end of the event. Prizes will include tickets to shows on the strip, spa package, and other cool stuff!!

Mt Charleston Peak hike 6-8-13

6:30AM Starbucks(Craig and the 95)

Planning on hiking to the peak of Mt Charleston this June, anybody can complete this 18 mile hike, you just have to be willing to spend 9-11hrs on the mountain.

This will be just a regular hike, NO crazy workouts, I promise :) Although I will probably have a weighted backpack to get ready for my Spartan Death Race two weeks after this hike.

After we finish we can either leave and head home or hit the lodge for a nice meal, whatever works for everybody.
